Workplace Wellness Benefits

America's workforce understands the benefits of workplace wellness. According to the latest Principal Finance Well-being Index, more than half of American workers (51 percent) believe workplace wellness programs are successful in lowering health care costs.

When offered, more than three-fourths of workers (79 percent up from 74 percent last year) took advantage of educational tools and resources offered by employers.

Seventy-seven percent (up from 59 percent) participate in both blood sugar and cholesterol screenings.

These reports can be tracked within a 30, 60, or 90 day time period.
